LOOK BELOW at this split-level, 3250 sq. ft. home in southeastern Wallingford CT, purchased with an 11 x 18 ft. kitchen. On the south side of the kitchen, behind a full wall, was a washing machine and pantry cabinets. Remodeling this kitchen/laundry/pantry into the gathering and workspace that the owner envisioned would take lots of work…meaning lots of PLANNING.
OUR PARTNERS: So….to plan properly, we collaborated with the homeowners PLUS the carpenters, the electricians, the plumbers, and the heating & air conditioning teams involved. They all worked under our guidance to create the Homeowner’s dream kitchen.
