“Abe Lincoln said, “If I had 8 hours to chop down a tree, I’d spend 6 hours sharpening my axe.”

What does that mean in the fast-paced world of remodeling?  Planning!

LOOK BELOW at this split-level, 3250 sq. ft. home in southeastern Wallingford CT, purchased with an 11 x 18 ft. kitchen. On the south side of the kitchen, behind a full wall, was a washing machine and pantry cabinets. Remodeling this kitchen/laundry/pantry into the gathering and workspace that the owner envisioned would take lots of work…meaning lots of PLANNING.

OUR PARTNERS:  So….to plan properly, we collabrated with the homeowners PLUS the carpenters, the electricians, the plumbers, and the heating & air condiitioning teams involved.   They all worked under our guidance to create the Homeowner’s dream kitchen.

What was the result of our plan?

An open, eat-in kitchen blending into a semi-formal dining room… An area where friends and family could not only gather while food was being prepared, but assist in food prep if needed.

And, best of all, ALL WITHIN BUDGET!  Mission Accomplished!
